The Gold Package is a three times a week session subscription. choose 3 hour slots Mon-Sun and we'll lock that in every week, or if you have a hectic schedule you can book any available slots week to week. Package price is £230 per month (payed on the 1st of each month).

Dietary and nutrition plans include:

• Tailored diet plans custom made to benefit whatever your physical desires are. These may include; build muscle, lose fat, bulk, cut and many more.

• twice a week check ups to see how the diet is going. Call/text/during the boxing session.

• evolving the plan month by month to enhance you body.
